TB500 Nasal Spray – Product Details
TB500 is the synthetic version of naturally occurring thymosin beta-4. The thymus gland releases thymosin beta-4 and has the potential to play an essential role in subjects. Seeing the potentially beneficial role of thymosin-beta 4, researchers developed its synthetic version, i.e., TB500. It is available in all forms: Liquids, capsules, and nasal sprays. When it is available in molecular form in an enclosed container, it is known as TB-500 nasal spray.
How Does TB500 Nasal Spray Work?
After being administered to research subjects, TB500 nasal spray has the potential to avoid the gastrointestinal pathway and reach the targeted place in research subjects. Upon reaching there, it may mimic the effects of thymosin beta-4 and benefit the subjects.

Research Findings on TB-500
TB‑500 is a synthetic fragment of the naturally occurring peptide thymosin beta‑4 (Tβ4). Tβ4 has been studied for its role in cell migration and tissue repair in laboratory and animal models. Research shows that Tβ4 promotes cell movement and angiogenesis by interacting with actin and stimulating pathways that help cells move toward areas of injury. In studies with cultured endothelial cells and animal wounds, thymosin beta‑4 increased endothelial cell migration and supported the formation of new blood vessel structures. It highlights the potential of this compound to influence repair‑related cellular behavior in research.
Other research on thymosin beta‑4 and related fragments like TB‑500 has shown enhanced wound healing and tissue regeneration in experimental models of injury. In rodent full‑thickness wound studies, Tβ4 accelerated the rate of wound closure and promoted angiogenesis and tissue organization. This suggests TB-500 plays a role in orchestrating multiple aspects of the repair process, including cell proliferation and matrix remodeling.
Note: TB-500 is not approved by the FDA for medical use. It is available for research purposes only.
